Name: (Prince) Zuko
Original Series: Avatar, The last airbender.
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Occupation: Prince
Personality & Quirks: Zuko is a pretty standard angsty teenager. He has a very strong sense of honor, which has caused him to go against his nation.
Physical Description: Gold eyes and black, rather long hair for a guy, but more importantly he has a very obvious burn scar on his left eye. He usually wearsjedi robes. (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/6/66/Zuko-Season_3.jpg)
Magical/Physical Abilities: Firebending manipulation
Hobbies: Strategy games.
History: Zuko was born as the Chinese Empires's prince. Although it was controversial at first, the council decided to allow the young prince to be the hier to the throne. This was due to his father's wish of having Zuko as the first hier as seeing how his first two children were daughters. However as Zuko got older, his father became harsher and harsher on him: Strict diets, martial arts training, all of the chores around the royal estate. Finally, when he came of age - 15 - his father challenged him to a trial-by-fire duel...father verses son.
At that point his father seemed to downright hate him; even if it was more to protect him. The fight consisted of the martial art training specifically to those within the empire, a way to take the body's energy and extend it, making the hands and feet radiate with heat. When certain punches are thrown, the heat is thrown in form of fire for about one yard. This technique and fighting style drains the body of everything it has and is the reason his father wanted to train him and duel him in this way...to see is he's ready for the throne. Zuko inevitably lost, with his father scorching his left eye with heat.
After that, Zuko disappeared from the empire (presumably to the country of Japan after hearing rumors about a terrorist society). A year after that, he's still lurking and keeping a low profile, but researching the person..."Zero"; whomever that may be...but not to kill him...to become his ally, and defeat the Japanese government. And to show his father he isn't as weak as he thought. To become a hero to the Chinese Empire.
